① There is rust or oil stain on the surface of the wire.
② The welding pressure is too small and the transformer gear is too high.
③ upper and lower contacts have oil stain.
Pay attention to check the solder joint, the strong solder joint diameter wire and weft wire down pressure is about 15%, and the long wire and cross wire contact with the upper and lower electrodes should not deform.
